The Company of Mary Laity Network is a proposal open to all people, who freely, wish to participate in lay Apostolic Groups to live and share their Christian experience inspired by Jeanne de Lestonnac’s spirituality; people who try to find God in all things and seek ways to collaborate in building a more fraternal and just society from the different dimensions of their lives. The Laity Network Groups have regular meetings where they share God's presence in everyday life and let themselves be enlightened by the Gospel, the Documents of the Church and of the Company of Mary, and by the cultural, social, political, economic reality of the world today. Participation is possible in Spirituality Days and Ignatian Exercises; collaboration in volunteer activities in Company of Mary Projects, FISC or others. They interrelate with the other groups of the Laity Network, communities of Religious in the same area and they are open to the international dimension of the Company of Mary. |
The Company of Mary Laity Network was born in April 2003, through a group of lay people wanting to live their faith in a project of lay Christian life in the Church, with the Company of Mary’s spirituality.
Today we can say that is a reality in many cities in Spain and the world where the Company of Mary is present, in one way or another, enabling many lay people to live their Christian commitment.
